Job Summary

This position will be responsible for maintaining good business relationship with School Principals, Teachers and Employees. He/She will also identify potential institutions and clients that can be tapped for production related activities for the product assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting borrowers for buy-out, pick-up loan documents, pre-screening of applications and assisting Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing

•Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

•Provides regular department reports and forms according to standard process

Qualifications

•Graduate of any 4 year degree course

•With at least 1 year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions and banks, call centers and telecommunications company, an advantage.

•Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.

•Must have good communication skills.

•Highly amenable in doing fieldwork
