A Patient Care Associate (PCA) or Nusing Aide (NA) is a staff who is delegated to work hand-in-hand with healthcare professionals. She is responsible in assisting patients with their daily radiation treatments and should be able to perform basic medical tasks as needed. She should have a background in medical field but may not be a hard requirement. She must be able to build good rapport with all the staff, patients and medical practitioners in the radiation therapy field.
