Job Description

Responsible for contacting customers with reservation, processing rental payment, and facilitating the collection of outstanding transaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a firm but professional demeanour, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Contact customers with reservations to discuss payment options and resolve outstanding balances.

Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements with customers.

Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing debt collection practices.

Work with customers in a professional and respectful manner to find solutions to their financial obligations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while working to achieve collection targets.

Provide timely and accurate reporting on collection activities to management.

Qualifications

Proven customer service experience or related work experience.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
