Job Description
• Oversee the pan India plant engineering operations.
• Develop strategic road map of engineering in line with company's greater objectives.
• Monitor and manage the performance of engineering teams across plants.
• Implementation of highest quality of safety, risk and ESG standards across plants.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the plant engineering team.
• Responsible for brownfield/ greenfield engineering project management.
The Successful Applicant
• 15-20 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
• Mechanical engineering degree from a premium institute.
• Experience in industrial automation.
• Hands on experience in equipment maintenance, project management and lean engineering.
• Leadership skills.
