About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading personal care companies globally, with a solid presence and well-established brands worldwide. Experiencing rapid growth in both global and Indian markets, they are seeking a leader to head their Sales Support team for the Indian market.

Job Description

- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales support strategy to meet sales targets and maximize ROI on sales initiatives.

- Development and Implementation: Create and deliver training programs, tools, and methods that enhance the sales skills of Consultants and Leaders.

- Product Culture Strengthening: Reinforce Oriflame's product culture through targeted training and support initiatives.

- Event Management: Partner with global teams to plan and execute impactful events, ensuring they are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate closely with local management to align and integrate support programs effectively.

- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

- Leadership and Management: Inspire and lead a team of dedicated sales support professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Sales Support should have:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales support, training, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a direct selling or network marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of Oriflame's business model and the needs of Consultants and Leaders.
