Project Role Description
Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, and processes for software systems.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that testing is conducted effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts, ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.
• Ensure that testing is conducted in compliance with industry standards and best practices, and that all defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the team's skills and knowledge current.
Qualifications And Skills
• Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Test Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience in Automation Testing, Agile Methodologies, and DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of test engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
