Key Responsibilities:
• Building customer personas and personalized engagement strategies vis-à-vis content plan
• Incorporating customer insights, feedback collection & constant Persona build
• Working closely with customer insights and analytics to build data driven, continuous improvement culture
• Content Selection, creation in Liaison with Research team and Team Monitoring for Effective Delivery.
• Lead and Manage a Team of Personalized Chat based engagement Process including Content Sourcing from various cross-functions & amp; Communication Designing for HCPs Engagement.
• Actively contribute to the development of the brand business plan and Doctors Engagement Activity Drive for various Support process while meeting desired Views & Unique Engagement at Platform
• Maintain accurate information / records of transactions done by team. Periodic audit of the process & improvement planning
• Actively conducting team meetings for constant coaching and skill development of team members
