Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
• Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into qualified leads and follow up to close deals.
• Sales Presentations: Explain project features, pricing, location benefits, and other relevant information to clients over the phone.
• Follow-up: Maintain follow-up calls with clients to build long-term relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Database Management: Keep detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales updates in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Market Research: Stay updated on current real estate market trends in Kolkata to address client questions confidently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth client site visits and closure of deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (real estate or sales background preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years of tele sales or direct sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales tools.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Result-Oriented: A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
