Job summary
As a CBC Senior Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience you will play a crucial role in driving Salesforce DevOps and Salesforce Apex Integration projects. You will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and improve customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact the companys growth and its ability to serve clients effectively.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce DevOps solutions to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Apex with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce environments to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for version control continuous integration and continuous deployment in Salesforce projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce DevOps and Apex integration.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Contribute to the development of project plans timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Document technical designs configurations and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Qualifications
• Possess strong experience in Salesforce DevOps including version control CI/CD and environment management.
• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Apex integration with other systems and applications.
• Have a solid understanding of Salesforce development tools and frameworks such as Visualforce and Lightning.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
