ROC/MCA - All the Secretarial Compliances of all the Seven Companies of Lalwani Group, for details of compliances along with the due date, kindly refer to the consolidated sheet in the KRA Sheet
RBI - All the NBFC-related compliances of Apex Capital Markets Limited, Forms along with the due date shared with you already in KRA's consolidated sheet
CSE/SEBI - All the listing compliance of Apex Capital Markets Limited, Forms along with the due date shared with you already in KRA's consolidated sheet.
Mutual funds work as advised by Sandeep Sir from time to time
Currency Converter work as advised by Sandeep Sir from time to time
Other secretarial disclosures related work as amended from time to time by the said authorities
Dematerialization of shares of Group companies
Work related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Website related work of Apex Capital Markets Limited as required under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.10. Updation of Data in IPRO Software from time to time.11. Work related to NSDL/CDSL
CTC - Till 50 k
Immediate joiner preferred
