Job Summary:

The Human Resource Officer will ensure proper
management and efficient human resources. S/he will be responsible for
coordination of the HR function of the entire farm as well as providing
technical support on HR issues.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Human resource planning, forecasting,
recruitment, deployment and appraisals.

·Support in developing and maintain functional HR
management systems, processes, and procedures.

·Guide on employment law and statutory
obligations as well as the farms own employment policies and procedures.

·Administer compensation and benefits involving;
contracts, working conditions and leave schedules.

·Maintain health, safety and welfare of all
employees including ensuring work life balance.

·Assist in preparation of monthly payroll, filing
of NSSF and PAYE.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Business
Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Phycology or any related field.

·Additional training in human resource management
is an added advantage.

·Two years experience in human resource duties
in a busy organization.

·Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures

·Mature, calm personality and self-driven

·Good communication skills (listening, verbal and
writing). Ability to manage diversity. Good relational and interpersonal skills

·Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
impeccable level of integrity and confidentiality
