As a Sr Systems Administrator at Eastern Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and secure operation of our systems and networks. You will be a crucial member of our IT team, providing support and guidance to our users and ensuring that Eastern Bank’s technology infrastructure is operating effectively and efficiently.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong technical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and an aptitude for learning and adapting. The ideal candidate should have experience in network administration, system administration, and security infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain Eastern Bank’s technology infrastructure, including networks, systems, and databases.
Troubleshoot system and network issues as they arise.
Provide technical support and guidance to users.
Keep up to date on emerging technology trends and potential system upgrades.
Ensure that Eastern Bank’s security infrastructure is up to date and secure.
Implement system and network security measures.
Develop and document system administration procedures and policies.
Assist in the design and deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
Monitor system performance and resource utilization.
Perform regular system backups and troubleshoot any backup related issues.
