Manage office supplies stock by adhering to minimum reorder level.
• Follow up branches to ascertain their office needs.
• Distribute office items across branches.
• Properly record and file all official documents.
• Pay for FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and Pension.
• Process vehicles and bikes registration and renewals.
• PROCURE AND ACTIVATE CUG lines and phones.
• APPROVE AND ALLOCATE CUG lines AND LAPTOPS
• PROCESS payments and renewal FOR CUG LINES.
• Manage the PROCUREMENT AND distribution of data, airtime, PHCN TOKEN
• Ensure adherence to approved budget.
• TRAIN AND DEVELOP SUBORDINATES.
• CONDUCT MONTHLY STOCK COUNT OF ADMIN STORE
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Operational Hours

Mon- Friday 8am – 5pm

Saturdays 8am-2pm

Requirement

Graduate

Minimum Of 2 Years Work Experience In Similar Role

Reside close to Victoria Island

Net Pay- N70,000 – N90,000
