JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our HR Consulting firm in Enugu. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR projects and conducting training programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Manage and oversee HR consulting projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Training Programs:
Develop and conduct Training programs for clients.
Customize training content to meet the specific needs of clients.
Client Relationship:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide HR solutions accordingly.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with client requirements.
Provide guidance and support to junior trainers if applicable.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years or more of experience in HR consulting with a focus on project management and training.
Proven project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
