Executive / Personal Assistant – Part-Time in Upper Saddle River

Busy Executive is looking for a part-time, experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to help with home office support. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented and a strong written / verbal communicator. This will be an Independent 1099 contract position.
The initial requirement will be 16-8 hours per week to develop some systems. Anticipated workload will eventually be two 4 hour days in home office
Responsibilities:
• Develop an electronic filing system
• Maintain the paper and electronic filing system
• Provide miscellaneous clerical and administrative support
• Help manage emails and mail
• Manage Business and Personal Calendar—provide action items
• Do research for personal investments (stocks /securities/bonds) and provide findings
• Help manage investment/financial paperwork
• Manage office supplies and equipment as needed
• Other miscellaneous duties
Requirements:
• Office administrative experience for C-Suite personnel
• Home Office Executive or Personal Assistant experience a plus
• Understanding of stocks/securities/bond investing highly desired
• Experience working in the financial sector a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Bookkeeping experience a plus
• Must report to office – no remote
• Need reliable transportation – valid driver’s license
• Proof of vaccination required
• Authorized to work in the US
• Proof of business entity for independent contractor status
Pay: $25/hour DOE
