KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Boutique Assistant Manager - Part time for our Miranda location.

About You:You are an influential team member who loves making an impact. If you have a track record of success within the retail or customer service industry in a supervisory capacity, coupled with a passion for being an ambassador in your environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results
Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team
Always provide exceptional customer service
Greeting all visitors to the boutique
Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard
Operational running of the boutique day to day
Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique
Qualifications:
Previous experience in leadership or supervising a boutique
Previous experience in customer service and sales
Ability to build strong relationships
Demonstrated skill in delivering results
