Job Overview:
This role encompasses the full scope of HR Management, including Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Legal Compliance. You will support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations and address concerns.

• Maintain and update HR records and reports.

Job Specifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
