About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Vendor Growth Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Vendor Support team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our vendors on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Growth and Development
• Develop and implement strategies to increase vendor selection and improve discoverability of vendor products on Amazon.
• Work closely with vendors to improve the content of their product detail pages and optimize their supply chain and inventory operations.
• Provide valuable insights into vendor Amazon Business and help vendors secure availability of their products.
• Act as a vendor account manager, responsible for managing vendor relationships and providing support and guidance as needed.
• Education and Knowledge Sharing
• Provide education and training to vendors on Amazon systems, tools, and processes.
• Share knowledge and best practices with vendors to help them improve their business on Amazon.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Provide detailed monthly reports to vendors covering catalogue and traffic metrics to track their progress.
• Conduct regular check-ins with vendors to discuss their progress and provide support and guidance as needed.
• Minimum Requirements
• 2+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
• Experience in process improvement and managing large amounts of data
