About the Role

Tajalla, a leading creative agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our projects and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee the creative direction and execution of projects, ensuring high-quality and impactful visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other key stakeholders to develop and communicate the creative vision.
• Manage and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Translate design and branding strategies into innovative and engaging creative concepts.
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Present and pitch creative concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring their satisfaction with the final deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and account/project managers, to ensure the seamless integration of creative concepts across different channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standard of quality.
Requirements
• Experience in an art director role, preferably in a creative agency.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various industries.
• Expertise in visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the creative team.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and translate project objectives into impactful creative concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively to find innovative solutions.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
