• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage all aspects of assigned shifts, including staffing, operations, and performance.
• Ensure that all staff members, including delivery staff, logistics associates, core colleagues, and temporary staff, adhere to their assigned shifts.
• Oversee timely putaway and pickup of stock transfers, while strictly adhering to all warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs to prevent excess, shortages, or damages.
• Respond promptly to pre-alerts from source warehouses regarding transfers.
• Ensure timely order handover to drivers and minimize delivery breaches.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Prioritize the health and safety of all staff members during their shifts.
• Be prepared to handle any crisis through effective escalation management.
• Submit timely end-of-shift reports, including a complete closure of cash collection.
• Train core colleagues and delivery associates on relevant processes.
• Ensure timely pickup and processing of customer-initiated returns (CIRs) according to company policy.
• Provide a detailed end-of-shift report summarizing all activities.
• Directly follow up with third-party vendors to address concerns or absenteeism.
• *Requirements:**
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Preferred Experience:
• Inventory Management Systems
• Logistics Operations
• Fluency in English and Arabic
