Job Opportunity

Maveninsights is seeking a seasoned management consulting professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of new roles and responsibilities within the Facilities Management department.
• Define the interaction between functions and establish an authority matrix for key processes and decisions.
• Outline the full value chain of the department, including identification of main and sub-processes, and determination of active and inactive processes.
• Identify skills and competencies required to fulfill key functions and processes, and determine which ones are missing.
• Conduct a current state assessment of the department to gather an initial understanding.
• Develop a list of initiatives and prioritize with the VP and FM team.
• Implement and monitor initiatives, and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements

10+ years of experience in the following domains is desirable:
• Drafting construction Statements of Work for Requests for Proposals, including common and best practices.
• Budgeting and procurement.
• Process improvement.
• Pricing and budgeting for new projects.
• Performance management.
• Project management.
