About the Role

Tam Development Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Advisory Manager to join our Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation to drive public impact at Tam Development Co.
Key Responsibilities
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues.
• Shape Client Agendas: Understand key client pains and propose discussion points with Tam Development Co. leadership to drive business growth.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Project Planning and Management: Structure the full scope of the project, define the project's specific approach, framework, and methodologies, and manage the project plan, deliverables, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management: Actively manage the client relationship to ensure high client satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Business Insight and Recommendations: Drive business insight, conclusions, and solid recommendations to address client issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery, and manage and develop team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching.
Requirements
• 6+ years of relevant experience in professional services and management consulting.
• History of working with Saudi governmental clients.
• Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Full proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related major.
• High level of client service commitment and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams composed of colleagues and client members.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Team leadership skills.
• Experience and skills in working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information.
• Strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to creatively solve complex problems.
• Strong research methodology and analytical skills
