About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our team at DuPont Sustainable Solutions. As a key member of our operations consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives and improve their operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex project workstreams and spearhead key work streams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with clients to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve process safety management and reduce risks.
• Develop and implement process safety management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement operational excellence programs that drive business results.
• Conduct site visits and observations to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process safety management enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training programs to clients on process safety management best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on process safety management and operational excellence.
Requirements
• Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process safety management and operational excellence.
• Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects and improving operational performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Italian language skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
