Job Title: Chef De Rang
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Rang to join our team at the Bellevue Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the mise-en-place of tables and provide attentive service to guests
• Participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team, including recording orders and serving food
• Pay attention to details and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of service
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English and French
• At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/5* hotels or Relais & Châteaux
• Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus)
• Strong sense of responsibility and passion for delivering exceptional service
