RESOLVE SECURITY are looking for experienced SIA Door Supervisor to work in one of our venue in Portsmouth.
To apply for this role you must:
• Have experience as Door Supervisor in UK PUB or BAR,
• To be reliable and professional,
• Be able to start every Friday and Saturday evening,
• Are able to negotiate and deal with sensitive situations,
• Are able to write reports,
• Are able to make logical and confident decisions,
• Are confident in resolving conflict with drunk customers,
• Have very good communication skills with customers and venue staff
• Be clean, well presentable and dressed in correct uniform.
