About The Role

Salary: £27,314 - £30,749 dependent on qualifications and experience (plus Construction Skills enhancement)

Weymouth College is a General Further Education College situated on the stunning Jurassic coastline in Dorset. We are an ambitious college offering broad learning opportunities to our students who are at the heart of all we do.

As the college continues to strengthen and grow its Construction and Building Services provision, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Construction & Building Services department as a Construction Lecturer

We are now actively looking to expand our provision and seeking a lecturer who can bring a wealth of skills and knowledge that will, benefit both the further education and employer services provisions This is an opportunity for passionate and inspiring individuals to join our existing team in a newly constructed, stimulating environment.

As Construction Lecturer, you will be responsible for student learning, curriculum development, pastoral care, and administration. You will be able to share your skills and knowledge developing and maintaining high levels of student retention / attendance and utilising your experience to motivate students to achieve.
