Are you an enthusiastic, positive and resilient teaching assistant looking for a rewarding new challenge?
We are seeking an experienced 1-1 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a small primary school in Northampton as soon as possible on a long-term basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualised support to one of our reception pupils who is struggling with behavioural difficulties. Your role will include providing 1-1 support to this pupil, offering pastoral support and implementing strategies for behaviour management.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference to our pupils. To be considered for this position you must have the ability to motivate, encourage and challenge pupils. Experience working with SEN and challenging behaviour is essential.
