As part of our Digital team, you will act as our lead on improving the customer experience to boost prospect capture, conversion and retention. As such, you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the optimisation testing roadmap for all digital customer platforms.
You will make sure our websites content is on brand, current, relevant, and accurate and fully integrated with third-party and university systems to ensure the customer experience is seamless and of high quality.
Working with internal teams and external agencies you will deliver and enhance a customer journey that continuously optimises through iterations.
