About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and effectively managing and following up on inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support via email
• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Effectively manage and follow up on inquiries
• Stay up-to-date with general market conditions
• Work securely with customers' sensitive information
• Apply the latest customer happiness practices
• Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services
• Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team's performance
Requirements
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills (C1 level for both is a must)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in logistics or transportation
• Logical thinking and analytical skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (preferably Windows laptop with 16Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CRM systems
• Proven knowledge in writing code (Python preferably)
• Proficient in standard logistics software
