About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Supportyourapp. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring that their technical needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to clients via various communication channels
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and developments in the industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
• Fluency in English (C1 level) and Spanish (C1 level)
