About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ceuta. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide world-class customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with tasks within other regions as needed, utilizing company translation tools to ensure seamless communication.
• Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
• Process pertinent information into relevant databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Complete tasks assigned during shift, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Take full responsibility for customer-related queries, providing clear and concise solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and adherence to schedule, ensuring seamless workflow and productivity.
• Perform additional tasks as required by managers or shift supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
• Spanish first language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively (read, write, and speak fluently).
• Valid work/residence permit for Ceuta.
• Availability for 24/7 shift rotations.
• Completed high school qualification.
• 2 years' work experience post-qualification.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
• Be in possession of a degree.
