Sales Representative CH

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve sales targets and investment budgets of Key Accounts.
• Increase the profitability of the Key accounts through implementation of activities that improve the the physical and mental availability of Bayer CH brands.
• Efficient inventory management of key accounts.
• Coordinate the implementation of the activities of the key account plan, investing the resources in the most effective way.
• Conduct business reviews every month with wholesaler customers and establish joint action plans that improve the Sell Out of the brands at the points of sale.

WHO YOU ARE
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields is desired.
• At leas 2 years of experience as a sales representative, trade promotions merchandising.
• Intermediate English is desired.
• Required skills: analytical thinker, good negotiator, observant of external conditions, skilled communicator.
