• *Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative or Payroll Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and executing payroll activities and/or data management/customer services tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• *Key Responsibilities**
• Support payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery, adhering to agreed-upon processing calendars and KPIs.
• Utilize payroll expertise to advise clients on queries and issues, ensuring a deep understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
• Perform data management tasks accurately and on time, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales, providing high-quality support to clients.
• Follow detailed working instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation.
