Misión:
Conduct user research within a mobile app or website
Descripción:
- Design quantitative and qualitative research processes for application throughout the product life cycle
- Supervise UX projects ensuring the optimization of product-user communication
- Collaborate in the management and design of the product in the establishment of plans and objectives for the key functions and workflows
- Work with the design, product, front-end development team and other relevant stakeholders in the development of new product features
- Lead the team through responsibilities such as: planning, coordination and supervision of work; recruitment, training and coaching of members; analysis and management based on KPIs, etc.
