Our client is a leading packaging company in Rayong.
They are looking for a "Reliability Engineer" who will lead maintenance and reliability activities throughout the region.
Responsibilities
• Being in charge of the factory Preventive Maintenance Program for all machines, in part of mechanical systems, both in maintenance planning and work instructions to maintain machine reliability.
• Leading Preventive Maintenance Program execution to ensure the effectiveness of program activities.
• Leading improvement programs to ensure systems are sustainable, and increasing machine efficiency.
• Leading root cause analysis related to % of factory machine downtime to build the effectiveness of reliability by using PDCA techniques and reliability measurement concepts (MTTR, MTBF).
• Identifying, forecasting and planning for all critical spare parts and equipment to ensure business continuity.
• Executing and closing gaps identified through audits (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions FMOS / Safety) within related timelines.
• Handling functional audits related to mechanical systems as well as closing gaps if there are any auditor’s recommendations provided (CAPA/FMOS/Safety, etc.).
• Initiating planning and scheduling tools for planned downtime by cooperating with the Reliability Planner, and improving the effectiveness of rolling plans.
• Managing backup programs for machine drawings and spare parts drawings to ensure system efficiency.
• Delivering all tasks by aligning with company policies, and safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications
• High Vocational or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics.
• At least 5 years of working experience in mechanical/automation repairs or servicing.
• Experience with setting and leading PM activities.
• Experience with setting and leading predictive systems for machine conditions.
• Project initiation, and root cause analysis skills.
• Computer literacy - Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication.
• Able to work upcountry - Rayong
