Our client is providing pooling and returnable packaging solutions for supply chains. Operating in 12 regions throughout the Asia Pacific.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for the following key functions:
• Visiting at least 20 target customers per week.
• Completing weekly and monthly sales reports (Visit plan, Sales activities, Sales pipeline, update customer and competitor information).
• Signing up new customers/winning new business as per individual targets.
• Hosting quarterly meetings with the customers in the first period before transfer to CRM team.
• Monitoring pallets on hire (POH) and Daily Hire Rate (DHR) by monthly to provide the info of pallet movement and deliver invoices of newly signed up customers and forecast the customer’s demand for peak season.
• Working closely with Customer Services to ensure transactions are processed correctly, and any disputes of invoice be resolved within the following month.
• Conducting meetings with CS and Ops once a week to review our services and settle the issue for customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring collections, ensuring all invoices will be paid as agreed as per the company's T&C.
• Providing training programs for Pallet Control System to the customers in the first period before transfer to CRM team.

Qualifications
• Educated to Bachelor Degree level or above.
• Minimum of 5 years Sales experience.
• Service mind personality.
• Good negotiation skill.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Good computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Able to travel upcountry.
• Own transportation with Driving license.
