Our client is a leading construction business.

Job Description
• Managing the operation of the development and training department.
• Analyzing policies received from management to formulate, plan, and establish long-term development and training plans for employees along their career paths.
• Developing and training staff in both the head office and construction sites according to the established plans.
• Implementing management policies to develop a directional human resources management system.
• Developing a Career Path & Succession Plan system.
• Providing consultation and effective communication to various departments regarding development and training matters.
• Establishing and reviewing criteria related to the development and training department.
• Planning and managing budgets within the department.
• Providing guidance, problem-solving, coaching, and follow-up on the work performance of subordinates.

Requirements
• Gender: Open
• 30-45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or Public Administration with a focus on personnel management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in human resource management, development, and training in large organizations.
• Knowledge of modern human resource management tools.
• Proficient in guiding employees.
• Positive attitude and skill in fostering a positive mindset.
• Ability to manage and plan budgets
