Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute civil engineering projects from concept to completion, including design, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facility management, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, cost estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality control, timely delivery, and budget management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during construction phases.
• Support facility maintenance and improvements related to civil infrastructure.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil project management (pharmaceutical industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical infrastructure needs and clean room standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
