Job Title: Principal Software Engineer – Full Stack Web & Mobile Development
Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer to lead our web and mobile development teams, focusing on the MEAN/MERN stack and cloud technologies (preferably AWS). This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, requiring deep experience in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and Agile methodologies. AWS and Agile certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead and mentor full-stack engineers.
• Oversee engineering operations, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Provide strategic input for hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Full Stack Development:
• Design and build scalable web and mobile applications using MEAN/MERN.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and backend systems for performance and maintainability.
• Leverage open-source technologies to enhance development.
• Cloud & DevOps:
• Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile Process & Delivery:
• Drive Agile development (sprint planning, daily stand-ups).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align features with business goals.
• Technical Expertise & Innovation:
• Stay updated on full-stack, cloud, and open-source technologies.
• Lead design reviews to ensure scalability and system optimization.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years in full-stack development (MEAN/MERN) for web and mobile platforms.
• 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and open-source tools.
• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect/Developer, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
Skills:
• Expertise in full-stack development and cloud services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and Agile experience
