Job Summary:
We seek a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our cold-based products/services through cold calling. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience with cold calling, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct cold calls to clients and prospects to promote products/services and build relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
- Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Experience with cold calling platforms and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
