Job Responsibility
• Identify opportunities for network expansion, relocation and consolidating our service points.
• Source for potential commercial properties through various channel such as online listing, local real estate agent and networking.
• Perform property inspection, surveys and evaluate based on the rental cost, size and location to determine suitability that meet with our company's need.
• Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, negotiate terms with landlords/agents.
• Maintain and update record of existing branches and property status.
Job Requirements
• Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia languages is advantageous.
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
• Outgoing and personable disposition is highly appreciated.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have reliable transportation for commuting and travel purposes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is beneficial.
