• Utilize CCTV access to monitor the performance of Outlet Staff, with a specific focus on operational processes.
• Validate customer complaints received from the Customer Excellence Team or other channels to ensure accuracy and completeness (online visit).
• Conduct CCTV monitoring in various areas within the Outlet, including the Kitchen Area, Service Area (Cashier, Checker, and Bar Area), Customer Area (in front of the Cashier, waiting area), and Others/Storage.
