Job Summary: The Store In-charge of Raw Materials will manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials used in the production of pineapple juice concentrate and bottled juice. The role will ensure accurate inventory management and compliance with storage standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The store in charge (raw materials) oversees
• Stock Management
• Inventory Control
• Issuance of Materials
• Compliance and Documentation

Duty/Responsibility
• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, ensuring all deliveries meet quality and quantity specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the continuous availability of raw materials to meet production demands.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical inventory checks.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent spoilage or damage to raw materials.
• Issue raw materials to the production department as per production requirements.
• Ensure that materials are issued on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all stock movements, including receipts and issues.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations in the storage and handling of raw materials.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food and beverage manufacturing environment where handling perishable raw materials is critical.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Accounting or a related field
