Lead a team to success as a General Manager-Restaurant, leveraging expertise in staff training, management, and food service operations to drive operational excellence and deliver a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include staff training, management experience, food service management skills, and team leadership, with a focus on inventory control, fine dining experience, and cash handling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong team management ability, previous supervising experience, knowledge of kitchen management, and experience in interviewing candidates.
