• Demonstrate Company’s core values and promote the mission and vision of the company.
• Follow all company policies, processes, and procedures. Exercise safe work practices to contribute to the achievement of the company’s safety goals.
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the branch business.
• Execute short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Build trust, communicate effectively, and foster innovation.
• Evaluate operational procedures and employ “Best Practices” as employed throughout the company.
• Work with Team Members toward continuous process improvement.
• Oversee financial operations of the branch including revenues and expenses.
• Assist with recruiting, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
• Maintain connection with customers and develop new business in the region through relationship building and proposing region-specific initiatives.
• Incorporate effective communication strategies among the Sales, Service, and other departments.
• Champion a culture of safety, leadership, responsibility, accountability, and continual improvement among all employees.
• Promptly respond to accidents/incidents and properly conduct preliminary fact-finding investigations.
• Comply with monthly location safety meetings and ensure branch activity is conducted safely.
• Knowledge of operational duties as it relates to the various disciplines.
• Conduct branch meetings; cover important problematic areas and identify areas to be improved.
• Ensure facilities are clean and organized.
• Support company guidelines, performance expectations, and goals for all direct reports.
• Provide feedback and coaching and evaluate employee performance against business objectives and goals.
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent and depth in succession plans for key positions
• Contribute to overall success by performing additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values.
