Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring our high standards of quality and efficiency are met. Your passion for culinary excellence and teamwork will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
2. Ensure the kitchen is stocked with ingredients and assist in inventory management.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
5. Monitor food quality and portion sizes.
6. Prepare wash and chop meal components for larger dishes.
Qualifications
1. Certificate in hotel management or culinary arts.
2. Minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen environment.
3 Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
