Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the work for quality team members;
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout organization;
Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with deployment and maintenance staff;
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;
Write reports or other documents about projects’ status or daily / weekly / monthly activity, requested by direct manager
Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager;
Share the experience to all team members;
Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
