Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the information collection, provide radio planning solutions.
2.Responsible for site scale estimation and site topology design.
3.Responsible for TSSR survey and audit
4.Responsible for Network simulation operation, Familiar with simulation tools such as Atoll, Asset, etc.
5.Responsible for basic network parameter planning, like frequency, Neighbor, PCI and so on.
Qualification & Requirements：
1.Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications
2.3-5 years’ experience in telecommunications field, working in WIND&3 or E3 is better
3.Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
4.Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
5.Proficient in English and local language
6.Willingness to work in shifts or in a flexible program, if necessary
7.Proficient at Network simulation operation, Familiar with simulation tools such as Atoll, Asset, etc.
