We are hiring!
Our client in Beira and Nampula is looking for Grain Silos Supervisors to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Production Sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate storage of Grain.
• Coordinate transferring of Grain to mill needs or across to other milling units.
• Escalate challenges relating to Silo optimization.
• Coordinate resources (people, equipment, etc.).
• Manage the materials of each silo, regularly monitor the grain situation of each silo and arrange the cooling down plan.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as Silo / supervisor.
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
• Competencies in data entry.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
