We are looking for a Business Development Executive

Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting & Leads Generation :
• Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach using multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects for the contact center services.

2. End-to-End Pipeline Management :
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Maintain, tracking & reporting accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the pipeline

3. Presentations & Reporting :
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of Adept Technologies’ contact center solutions.
• Customize presentations to align with the specific needs and challenges of each potential client.

4. Market Identification :
• Conduct market research to identify industries, regions, and sectors that demonstrate strong demand for contact center services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position Adept Technologiescompetitively.

5. Client Relationship Management :
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service and addressing any concerns or challenges.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and service delivery is smooth
